littlebithad12 Thank you for sharing my things so often and from you I have learned about low balling. Poster who bought my white sweater has posted with saying the color is cream. SHE HAS NOT ACCEPTED DELIVERY and has until tomorrow to do so. I am afraid if it does not sell by Monday she will refuse delivery and destroy my professional reputation. I'm new here, and work very hard is there anything I can do? ...or is just the way this site is? It has just about made me sell my product elsewhere!

teenazee @littlebithad12 hi. I'm sorry you are having a hard time with someone, she can take it up with posh if the color is different. She would have to send pics to posh to show it wasn't the same. At that point they decide if she can send it back, but if she files a claim they will let you know right away. If she isn't filing a claim your money will automatically go in after the full 3 days. So Unfortunately you just have to wait if she isn't giving you a claim to respond to.
