kodymayknits keep in mind this dress is made of a rather elastic material Sobieski measured it with it completely unstretched. The waist is 28" (the belt part of the dress) shoulder to shoulder: 18" length of skirt: 23" total length from top of shoulder to hem: 38" Sleeves are 15" around at top and are approximately 16" long
