Love Rocks Y2K sweater size S

This sweater was way cool almost 20 years ago! 😳 oversized large sleeved, four functioning buttons and a tie waist. It’s in decent shape for its age but there are some signs of wear. I didn’t find any holes but some fuzzy spots. Some of the belt loops are frayed but I would tuck the fibers in. Definitely a cool, unique piece that still has some life to it.
