Love Ryan Los Angeles, cute Hippie BoHo floral bell sleeve dress

This dress is super cute with its sheer, cut bell sleeves, elastic neckline that could be worn off the shoulders and sheer hemline. Dress is fully lined, except for sleeves, and about 2 inches of the hem. It has a navy blue background with florals in rust red & pale pink. You could put a belt at the waist if you like. This one is not included, but just wanted to show how it would look. Super cute with a pair of ankle boots or tall dress is in very good condition. Please see photos for details.
