Lined, lovely cotton dress. It was one of those love purchases that just needed my person to lose few lbs to wear...which hasn't happed and I finally accept never will so time for her to be lovely elsewhere! Mannequin 34-27.5-35 (the waist just fits so I'd say this is the max waist size).
