Love Special Occasion dress, dark blue, size 16.5

Very pretty LOVE Special Occasion dress, dark blue, size 16.5, has sequin square shapes at top and bottom and middle of belt, belt ties in back, I believe this is a junior size dress, the sequins kind of rubbed together on right arm and made a mark which would probably be covered by arm (see last picture), has been in storage so has a bit of a vintage smell Measurements are approximate: 16.5" pit to pit 36.5" length #282
