This works amazing with jeans or leggings or just bare legs! I'm 5'4" and when I'd wear it as a dress it comes down just past my finger tips. The fabric is very light, jersey cotton blend The ribbon can be untied all the way. The sleeve are very billowy and come in at my elbows. I wore this on Xmas with leather leggings and red pumps- looked so so cute!

polar_bar @eegoss no, ask away! The most knowledgeable you can be about and item the more likely you are to make a good purchase :). It can be staticky, I don't dry it, but with wearing tights I've had to use a static spray. I bought it in the winter season, but I've woken it tucked into white shorts for summer. It's really cute too as a tunic with white flare jeans and wedges for summer so I guess it's grey year round :)
