Love by NellyStella special occasion dress. Three layers of black tulle, with a flouncy ruffle and puffed sleeves. Cotton lining, except for sleeves. Please note all photos, because the sleeves originally had elastic at the wrists. The hem is intact, but you would need to add black elastic for sleeves to have that second puff like the stock photos. Clean gently used condition, with no spots or rips.
