I know it says XL but if you have a chance, can you give me the measurements from under arm to under arm - thanks! And also- is the material stretchy sweatshirt material or stiff and nor stretchy (I have a few Harry merch shirts that have no give and it’s awful) - is the waistband stretchy or tight- Thank you so much
