This blouse is from CeCe. It is a size XL. It is a button-down blouse, very flowy material, and it has a beautiful, ruffle scalloped trim on the bottom and on the cuffs of the sleeves. This blouse is an excellent condition. The tags were removed, but it was never worn. It is polyester and 2% spandex. The blouse is 100% lined in the front, no lining in the rear, but is still a little sheer. This blouse is great to wear with a skirt, to dress up some jeans, great for the office, great for a fancy evening out. It is so versatile, and so comfortable to wear.
