vniels9 @pollyzano it will definitely fit a size 0/2. I have added a picture of the brand sizing and the waist area as I was taking measurements. Lying flat measurements: Underarm: 16.5" Waist: 13" unstretched (it can stretch out about 6" so I'd say it could fit 16" comfortably)
