The short sleeves are puffed with an elastic trim. It has a hidden side zipper closure. The fabric is 70% cotton & 30% linen. The pretty dress has a slit at the top of each sleeve. The edges on the waist & tiered skirt are raw & purposefully frayed. *Flaw: There is a small hole at the bottom hem on the back of the skirt. Last picture.
