Hello. I just purchased an XS of this dress, and it said lightly worn, but the waist was completely stretched out. My sister has a pink one of this which she bought brand new and the waist is very tight on me for a 23” waist. I’m wondering if this was worn and stretched out or actually just worn once because I have to repurchase this since my previous one is completely stretched out. Thank you.
