LoveShackFancy x Target mini dress Size M The Penelope 😍

Another awesome collaboration between my favorite store and the expensive, elite brand LoveShackFancy. This one is called the 'Penelope' and looks so much like the $350+ Liv which was sold through the designer. Really this collaboration was probably one of the best Target did with a high end designer. The waisted is smocked so it does stretch but the rest of the dress is cotton. It has about 3 buttons in the front and IMO, generously sized around the chest area. The overall length from shoulder to bottom is 33". Across the chest, armpit to armpit at the LOWEST area of the opening is 19". Across the chest in the center of the arm opening is 15 1/2-16" The smocked waist, unstretched is about 13 1/2-14 1/2" My waist is currently 31 1/2" and the dress fits fine... Let the record show, It doesn't look good on me because I'm also 52, not delusional, and normally wear between a size 12-14 😅. *These measurements are approximate. I am not a seamstress, I do not know anything beyond reading what's on the tape measure.
