Lovely 60's inspired black polka dot dress

Vintage inspired black with white Polk dots.. On the shorter side (just how I like my dresses/skirts.. Buttons all the way down the middle, with a pocket inspired design on the right hand side. Tube top dress but can be altered to what you want. I would wear it out to a summer party with wedges or cute flip flops.. Ex bought it, now it can go to a better home.. :) worn twice and dry cleaned
