Lovely Asian tailored blouse with embroidered dragon.

This is a rich red color, feels like very fine linen. The tailoring is very flattering. It was brought back as a souvenir for me but didn't fit so never worn. Wish I could read the tags to tell you more. Bust is 21" across when laid flat and length is 15" from arm pit to hem.
