Lovely and summery blue sleeveless dress by London Times in a petite size 4 with a beautiful embroidered front and V-style neckline. Skirt is raised at the front hemline and lengthened in back, adding an elegant touch. Has small loops at the waist that can accommodate a small belt if desired but no belt included. Worn only a couple of times and in great condition. Approximately knee length or slightly past.
