Lovely Floral Dress Womens fits Extra Small NWOT

This is a long dress NWOT that has lined skirt to below the knees. The ruffle details are so pretty with a tie neck with velvet ribbon. Floral colors are so pretty. Fits extra small I bought it what I hoped would be my size (tag says medium) but sadly it was too small. Button front side zipper waist - 13” Feminine and romantic perfect for a late summer early fall wedding guest dress.
