jennifer160 @ldgnicole - Hi, no they're very soft. the size range is pretty general i.e., Small would be in the A cup range, Medium is good those in the B cup range. Large on the other hand is best for those with a C cup and some smaller framed D's.... the width of the large, goes from 26-28". L (13-14")
