Lovely Long Floral Summer Dress EUC

Green background with red, white & dark green leaves. Sleeveless, long in back & the front is shorter making a slit. (hard to tell in pics).Ties around neck with two 21X2.5" long straps . Gathered waist band. 35% Cotton & 65% Polyester. Size M Approx Measurements: Full length from Neck down back center 55": waist across front 11 & will stretch to 19": Pit to pit area is 19". No Flaws I saw. The designer wasn't listed anywhere. Doing research I saw Forever 21.Can not be sure. It is a nice quality dress. Smoke Free home.
