melsecret @cldnvegas Hi! I wear size 8, and the dress fits on me, but it is a bit tight. The fabric has some stretch. Size small measures 31.5" from top to bottom. Bust: Works best for A to C cup sizes - consider sizing up for fuller bust. Waist: Fitted - very fitted at natural waist. Hip: Fitted - stretchy fabric allows room for hips.
