Lovely Royal/Navy Tulle Ballerina Skirt with Satin Waistband

You need this for your next Carey Bradshaw moment. 4 layers of navy/royal blue tool (depends on lighting), satin attached slip skirt and waistband. Approx 21” in length. Waist band does not give. Approximately 27”. Fits like a size small. Tear in tulle, front on top layer. Hardly noticeable but you may be able to repair. Worn twice. Never washed.
