Lovely 'Studio I' Dress. Size 12

Dark Brown background and waist gathering. Light baby blue flowers mixed yellow, cream, green leaves. I can't locate a tag with material used but I'd say Nylon, spandex, maybe some polyester. This dress is very Stretchy. Med. weight, Very comfortabe. Measurements are shown on pictures. Waist does have some stretch.
