Lovely flowing dress made by Hayley Matthews. Size 12 Dress is 100 % polyester

This is a black and cream poka dot fabric that drapes around and ties on the side.. it’s fully lined. It has small safety pin mark on the top area, but , does not show because the pleat covers it. It skimmed my ankles, but , I’m 5’5…. Definitely a longer dress and appropriate for so many occasions!!!
