springtreecraft @aintweswank Hello! It is 19" in length from collar to the bottom seam, 12" at the shoulders, 13" at the armpits, and 19" from top seam to end of wrist. It appears to not be wool, but I cannot 100% confirm this based on the single tag on it. It has been pre-washed. It likely would fit a very petite woman or teen 5'2" or shorter. All the best, -STC
