Bought this for a Kentucky Derby party and never wore it. I did take the tags off though because I thought I would. Skirt is super flowy and fun. Stretchy in the middle and around the neck. Three button detail at the back of the neck is a pretty touch. I’m 5’7” and it hits me below the knee.
