Lovely off-white pleated tulle skirt

This is a lovely, slightly off-white, pleated skirt (also bought for a wedding and never worn : ). 28" from waistband to hem (depending on your height, falls at or below knees). Approx. 14" waistband (28" all around). 1.25" thick gross-grain band at waist. One layer of fine tulle on top of an off-white under-skirt/slip. (Pleats give the illusion of many layers of tulle.) May be worn alone or under a skirt or dress. (This skirt is slightly lighter/whiter in color than the other one.)
