Lovely two toned blue dress

I bought this for a good friends 50's - 60's party and only wore it the once (insert beehive hairdo here) that said it's timeless and would be perfect for a prom, wedding or any special occasion. Both light and dark blue, it's has sequins on both the front and back from waist up. Also comes with a matching Thule scarf.
