Lovely vintage top by Shell Kepler, size Medium

Titled “Lacy After Noon” by Shell Kepler in size Medium. Despite the care instructions I washed the top in the delicate wash cycle and hung to dry with no wrinkles. Lovely embroidered floral print near the neckline. Long sheer sleeves have a elasticized gathered ruffle. One of the sleeves may need new elastic or have the elastic gathered. There are shoulder pads that could be easily removed although the shoulder pads give it an elegant look. Slight gathers where the sleeve meets the top.
