mssgbriella @sandrinae I’m 5’6 , 28-29 waist and 40/41 hip/butt everything is a little short on me because of my backside but it is a fit and flare dress. A picture would be deceiving. I think if your 5’3 it should work

mssgbriella @gmarie123 this comes with a belt of the same fabric. The waist is 27 inches , the widest part of the bust is 32 inches, the belt could cinch the waist a bit if it’s too large. In my opion it runs small, a small M
