This is a gorgeous, macrame style dress from Australian brand, Lover’s Society. The train is gorgeous (I can provide more photos if you want!) and I had a finger loop added to the dress. I also had it hemmed to fit me, but it can be easily taken out to the original length. It’s a size 10, but I usually wear a size 2 dress. This fit great! A little loose, like a wanted. Tie string halter top and an open back.

Hi there! Would love to see more photos - do you have the name of this dress style?
alyssanickle
@taranix yes! This is the Una dress... you kind find shop photos at loverssociety.com/una 😊 is there any other photos I can specifically provide for you?
taranix
@alyssanickle - Does it feel pretty heavy since it's a crochet style? This is SO me and so beautiful!
alyssanickle
@taranix I was worried about that at first too, but not at all! It’s very light and flowy. Obviously not as flowy as like chiffon, but it doesn’t hang heavy at all! The halter neck and open back I think help with that overall feel too. :) I also added a finger loop that is invisible when the dress lays flat, but is helpful if you are walking a lot
I’m happy to answer any questions or send any additional photos! I absolutely love this dress and want it to be loved by its next home haha
taranix
@alyssanickle if you have more photos of front-shots of the dress that would be awesome! I think I'd want a more form-fitting look, but I wonder how well the material can be altered.
alyssanickle
@taranix sure thing! I added a few more photos above. It only lets me add so many, so if there is something else you want to see, just let me know and I’ll rotate them out :)
As far as taking it in, there is a photo above that shows the inner liner.
alyssanickle
@taranix The inner liner is pretty form fitting. I had thought about taking in a few inches on the sides of the dress and my tailor said it would have been easy if I wanted too. I also thought about adding a belt/sash just to tighten the mid section a little and the ones we tried looked great.

@taranix Because of the fabric, it’s easy to maneuver (it that makes sense). I just ultimately decided against it. If this is the dress you want, there are definitely was to alter it to how you want it. The only area I would think that might become a problem is if you wanted tight throughout the legs.
alyssanickle
@taranix also, the last photo is the difference from the front hem to the back. There is a small cascade/train effect. The measurement show the difference.

@alyssanickle ahh thank you! so, so helpful - any wiggle room on price?
alyssanickle
@taranix go ahead and make an offer 😊
taranix
@alyssanickle - would you mind sharing your height, bust, waist and hip measurement? Thank you!!
alyssanickle
@taranix yes! I’m 5’4”, and was roughly 5’7” (maybe 8?) in my heels. Measurements are 35 (or a 32D), 26, 37 :)
alyssanickle
@taranix dress can be let out to be the original height if you are taller than me
