Lovesick women's leopard print skirt nwot

Lovesick women's leopard print skirt with lining and long back zipper. New without tag. It says 3 on the inside label but it isn't size 3 because I wear size 14-16 depending on the style and I put it on over my clothes & it was too big so I measured the waist at 22" so I guess it would be 44 waist but I don't know.what size it really but it shows 44 waist on the charts as a size 18 so that is how I will list it. The length is 15.5 inches. dcc
