Low cut Floral Top with Sash

This fun top has a cheery floral print. The cuffs are elastic as well as the waistline which has belt loops for the black ribbon tie. Measured flat the shoulders are 14 1/2 inches, waist is 11, and bottom is 23. There is no chest measurement as the wide sleeves connect to the waist. The back measured from top to bottom is 26 1/2 and the front is 17, and the sleeves measured from pit to cuff is 9 1/2. The black Ribbon is 72 inches.
