Low scowl back shimmery formal elegant dress

Brand new, unworn. VERY stretchy, size small but can fit up to a snug Large. Shimmery blue/gold color. Bought for graduation but never worn. Last picture is NOT the actual dress for sale, it is to show the style of scowl and back for the dress I am selling since I can't take a back selfie properly and don't want to put on the dress.
