Low waist women’s patriotic sequined short shorts, size 0/2/4 (XS to S)

These are brand new, tried on once but never worn. They were advertised as “one size” to fit a waist size up to 31 inches… not the case. They are way too small on me. I am 5’8”, 137-ish pounds, 27.5 inch waist. I typically wear a size 6 or medium. I would recommend sizes 0/2/4, XS to S to wear this. They are nicely made, fully sequined on the outside, black spandex-like material on the inside. Low waisted & very short in length. The item came in a bag but has no actual tags on it. Made in China. No designer label.
