Low-ball Offers. What are they?

I do accept offers but never low-balls. The best way to save is often to bundle. Prices in my closet are designed to be more reasonable and low for a reason. Much of it is on the new side that I've never worn or hardly ever worn. I do help with shipping when I can and it's reasonable. I get it, shipping is expensive. Hence, I try to keep my prices lower.
