Haven't looked at your closet, but search Posh for like items so you're not too low (people won't respect your time) or too high. Then after one counter & they don't come up significantly? Suggestions: 1) raise EVERYTHING in your closet UP to $10 You 're leaving no room to 'give' a bargain 2) If you don't increase the cost if that leather jacket, it won't sell. People will assume it's ragged or fake. Try $50 3) Only offer or give lower shipping to friends and then decrease your list price 4) Last? Play follow games. U need exposure. Search Posh term: Follow Game...and play, play, play ...con't

When you share 1 item w/me, 50K+ people see it. Many of my followers have 100k+ followers, so if I share your item to 5 of them, 500,000 people will see your item! jeweledonyx @abstractdreams Idea for a new app button.💡 When a stupid offer is submited, the seller hits the button, a stick pops out and whacks the buyer on the fingers! I tolerate a low 1st offer, giving the benefit of the doubt they just want my lowest. After that, KAPOW! Right across the fingers, LOL! AND a SU knows better! My bundle discount is the same as yours. Shop what you can afford & pls. miss me with garage sale mentalities😝

abstractdreams Right?? When I went to her closet and saw HIGH prices, I was tempted to do the same...offer 45+% off! But I didn't. I politely responded that she was free to counter, as my single item prices are flexible 10-12% (my counter offer was higher), but not 45%. No response.😕

jeweledonyx @tburg21 I just took a look at your closet, your prices are very reasonable, your closet lovely. You have 1 non compliant item left (the hair lightener) . You should really delete that, move things you've sold to the bottom of your closet, you can't do a thing about those. And then just say NO! jeweledonyx @tburg21 Sure, the easiest way is to sign into your account on the website. Then share items in the reverse order you want them to appear in your closet ie. share things you want at the bottom first and go thru your entire closet that way. For lots of tips & tricks, chk the 'Huh? Do What?' listing at the end of For Sale items in my closet. Read thru them, get stuck? reach out to me or @bluidvll (Janet)--Kaye💎🎶💎

melanielynn777 @jeweledonyx what do you do about people that try to harass you and comment on all your items as a bad posher? I had recently sold a bundel and wasn't aware the top had a hole in it or showed as much pilling as she described. That I was fine with, because that was definitely my fault for not over looking through item before it sold. I styled the top in anotber listing and thr buyer asked if she coukd buy it. I said yes quickky made a lisitng and she bought it.

melanielynn777 @jeweledonyx Not to keep her waiting on shipping i quickly packaged it and sent it out. Though in her bundel she bought a pair of jeans that I had labeled distressed. They have a hole on one of the keens that I swore I bought them like that, hench why I said distressed style.

Instead of making one comment and letting it go she went to all of my listing as bashed every pictured that had jeans that I was false advertising and a terrible seller. In others, telling people never to buy with me, that I lie and cheat them out of a sale. Which I didn't because Poshmark is giving her money back.

acsclosetfinds This post made me smile this morning. I am still fairly new to Poshmark but I think I've priced my items pretty low. And still I've had people make an offer of $3 for a dress. Leaving me a $.05 profit. The tissue paper I wrap my items in costs more than that!

I try to give them the benefit of the doubt the first offer. Then when I come down a touch they decline. Does no one know how to negotiate? Or is it that their first offer is the most they'll pay? I've finally blocked two people today. Thanks for letting me vent.

emayferrier @jeweledonyx this is priceless! The only problem- some people have soo much in their closet that they are willing to let things go for pretty cheap if you bundle a bunch. So it's hard to know which poshers are firm on price and which just want it gone... That's the reason for the low balls though- some people accept them, so they try it everywhere. Sometimes it's hard to read every listing in a closet to see what they expect - it's nice when it's written in each listing. 😉😁
