The skirt features a wide waist band that can be folded, hits just below the knee and the fabric feels like a cotton blend. Material has very little stretch. 96% Spun Polyester, 4% Spandex. If you're familiar with LuLaRoe sizing, some items run large. This skirt is fairly true to size. Waistband measurement is 32 inches. No rips, tears, stains or flaws.
