This is a sweet brand new LuLaRoe size extra small Halloween Irma tunic that's solid black with purple reglan sleeves with ghostly mint tesselated ghosts! I call the mint color "glow-in-the-dark greenish white." This is so cute! The little ghostly faces are so adorable.
