The LuLaRoe Irma is an oversized hi-lo top that’s fitted to the arm with an elbow length sleeve. The longer back makes it a go to rock with our leggings and you can choose to stay true to size or size down (for a fitted look) or up (for a more flowy look/ off the shoulders/or pull your arms up through the neck whole & tie the sleeves under your bust for an adorable mini dress) Endless possibilities!
