LuLaRoe Irma Top

This very festive anchor-pattern tunic top has a high-low design and is very leggings friendly and perfect for any patriotic event! It is made to be oversized, so a small will look very large on someone who is truly a size small. However, there are also lots of cool ways that you can tie this top and make it look not so big.
