LuLaRoe Jill Skirt

The Jill skirt features a romantic accordion pleated skirt made of cvs and rose skin. This drapes beautifully and fashionably below the knee. Has a comfortably exposed elastic waistband that can be worn at the waist or slung low on the hips. This skirt has been worn a couple of times but looks brand new. It was always washed per LuLaRoe standards. This is a beautiful blue and green tie dye look.
