This pull on style dress is very comfortable with a little stretch and is very flattering on. The lay flat measurements are sleeve 11", chest 17", waist 14", shoulder to waist 16" and waist to hem 22". In looking at the sizing on this dress there are two tags, one for M and one for S. This was my daughter's dress and she was a size 12 so that is a M. Also reviewing the size charts for this brand I believe the correct size is M. penelopenan Hi, this was my daughter’s dress and she was a size 12 or M. Looking at the size chart I would call this a M. It also might be helpful to look at the measurements. Hope this was helpful, let me know if you need more info. Thanks Penny
