would these fit someone who's 115 pounds? and like 4 ft 6 inches tall?

@aprilhiggs1977 yes! For sure. They *may* be a smidge long but can easily be rolled. But I do not believe you would have issues with waist size. I'm about 125# for reference.

another question. are they like 90 or 95% cotton and Ike 10 or 5% spandex?
