Cute dress. Can you maybe explain what you mean with hemmed at the bust? Was the bust made smaller?

@jannep thanks! That is correct. It was hemmed on the outer sides to make smaller and “pinch” out some of the fabric sag that was there originally. It was done professionally since I had used this as a bridesmaid dress.
