Lucca Couture Black Hi-Low Sleeveless Dress

Fun flowy hi-low dress with light heather grey inner liner and sheer black outer layer. Looks great with boots for a punky-style or just with sandals for a low-key vibe. Size is small but fits more like a small/medium due to the stretchy inner liner and loose outer layer. Bought new from UO and well loved, but still in great condition.
