lianlynn @mcvalivt2 Hello. All measurements are taken laying flat. The bust is approx 13" and has elastic where the straps attach above the bust. Waist is approx 11" and has elastic band. Length from shoulder to bottom of front of dress is approx 32". Please let me know if you have any other questions.
