Super fussy and warm vest. Inside lining made of 100% rayon, it feels like jersey fabric... so soft. It has 1.5" trim that goes all around the collar and ends. It does not have a closure, meant to be worn open. Would look great with any color long sleeve tight fitting tee. Throw on a necklace and you are ready to go.
