Wonderful Condition!! These boots have been gently worn, but they are so well made they look great!! I have taken up-close photos to show you the places on the boots that show a little wear, but the pictures make the worn places look extreme and those places really don’t look bad in person. The ONLY reason why I am selling these boots is because my foot is no longer an 8. I am a size 9 in tennis shoes. I can still fit these boots but they are snug and I cannot wear them for any length of time. My feet need more space!! I think they fit more like an 8 1/2 because like I said, I’m a size 9 and my foot feels snug in them. If you look on the Lucchese Boot website (https://www.lucchese.com/products/grace-tan?variant=39675717353645), the stitching and overall look is like the GRACE which sells for $595.
