pinkambition @wildcatbailey hi! I've added a picture. I tried to measure (which isn't so easy) and it looks like 13 1/2' when I measure around the top under the split. hope that helps! let me know....

wildcatbailey I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I don't need the top measured. Inside the top are various stampings. The one with the single number 9 should also have a width designation such as B, D, 2E or EE which designates the width of the boot down inside where the foot lies. Thank you.

pinkambition @wildcatbailey ooooh ok! no worries. I just checked all what's inside is on the 2 inside pics I've posted. under the brand is D69653 and then on the other side G996019 made in USA L0806 and the number 9. Do you know this brand? maybe Google where it is in this particular brand....
